Ben de Cet

Ben De Cet is currently the Head of Service Design, Transition & ITSM at EMIS Health. Prior to this, Ben worked at AstraZeneca as a ServiceNow Delivery & Release Manager, at SCC as a ServiceNow Project Manager, and at SITAONAIR as a Transformation Manager. Ben also has experience working at Vodafone as an Engagement Manager and Operations Manager, at Cable & Wireless as a Manager for Frameworks, Homeland Security & Defence, and at BT Wholesale as a Technical Advisor. Ben has a background in IT management and has successfully led various IT projects and teams throughout their career.
