Emma Sutherland is a dynamic professional currently engaged in the Global Graduate Program in Management at AXA since September 2023. With prior experiences as a Growth & Finance Intern at Wequity and in a Global Consulting Practicium with Carat and IE University, Emma has developed valuable skills in managing applications for subsidies, strategic planning, and media industry consulting. Additionally, Emma has interned at Artcurial and BNP Paribas Asset Management, where responsibilities included client negotiations, office management, and operations support. Emma has held leadership roles, such as President of the Undergrad Chapter for the IE Women in Business Club, and volunteered as a Communication Assistant for TEDxBrussels events. Emma holds a Master in Management focused on Strategic Management from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IE University, complemented by coursework at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
