Katie Tipton

Katie Tipton, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of revenue operations, sales management, strategic partnerships, business development, and marketing. Katie is currently the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Emmes, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a CRO Sales Manager at Veeva Systems from April 2022 to August 2023. Katie also served as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Business Development at Science 37 from January 2022 to April 2022 and June 2021 to March 2022, respectively. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Medrio from January 2020 to June 2021. Katie also gained considerable experience at ERT, where they held various roles including Director of Portfolio Sales, Account Executive, Sales Associate, Market Development Associate, and Senior Proposal Specialist. Katie started their career as a Proposal Specialist at invivodata and Sales Coordinator at Guardian Protection Services. Katie also had an internship as a Marketing Intern at Phillips Group and a Public Relations Intern at the Elkins Mayor Campaign-Duke Talbott.

Katie Tipton, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Point Park University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Davis and Elkins College from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Katie Tipton also holds a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from The Wharton School, which they obtained in May 2023.
