Richa Chandra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Capital at Emoha Eldercare since July 2019, where responsibilities include strategic workforce management and talent acquisition. Prior to Emoha, Richa held various HR positions at HealthCare at HOME, India, where roles included Manager and Deputy Manager of Human Resources, focusing on organizational policies, performance management, and compliance. Additional experience includes HR roles at NetCarrots Loyalty Services, Max Bupa, and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where Richa managed employee lifecycle processes, talent acquisition, and statutory compliance. Richa Chandra holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from SRMS College of Engineering & Technology and a B.Com in Accountancy from D.D.U. Gorakhpur University.
