Troy Zalesky

Troy Zalesky has extensive experience in the credit card processing industry, having worked at Elavon, Inc. since May 2003, where roles have included Vice President of Solution Engineering, Director of Solution Design & Engineering, and various technical support positions. Responsibilities have encompassed providing high-level troubleshooting assistance, maintaining business relationships, training and developing a team of over thirty agents, and creating reference materials to enhance employee competence. Troy has also contributed to policy creation, performance monitoring, and conducting product training sessions for clients nationwide. Previous roles include positions at Cornerstone America and Doubletree Club Hotel, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
