Jacob Scherrer

Jacob Scherrer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jacob currently holds the position of Fractional CTO at Novir, starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Fractional CTO at EmOpti starting from January 2022. In 2021, Jacob worked as a CTO consultant providing services on a freelance basis.

Before entering the consulting field, Jacob worked at Centare for over 15 years. Jacob held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer from January 2020 to August 2021, President from November 2015 to January 2020, and Corporate Vice President from April 2010 to November 2015. Jacob began their career at Centare as a Consultant and Technology Evangelist from March 2006 to April 2010.

Prior to joining Centare, Jacob worked as a Software Developer at Integral Productions from February 2003 to March 2006.

Jacob Scherrer attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1997 to 2002. Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
