Andrew Cassidy has gained significant work experience in various design roles. Andrew started in 2009 as a graphic design intern at Neworld Associates. In 2009, they also worked as a graphic designer at Pop Company. From 2010 to 2014, Andrew worked at Irish Daily Star, where they performed tasks related to graphic design, editorial design, and editorial production. Andrew then joined Zappy Media in 2013 as a web design, digital design, and graphic design specialist. In 2014, Andrew joined Sysnet Global Solutions as a UX/UI designer, where they stayed until 2017. Currently, they are working at EMOTIV as a UX/UI designer, starting from 2017.

Andrew attended Terenure College from 1994 to 2002, although they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time.
In 2005 to 2007, they enrolled in Ballyfermot College of Art & Design and pursued a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design.
Next, they studied at the University of Wolverhampton from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a BA Honours degree in Visual Communications.
Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in UX Design with a focus on User Experience (UX) Design.
In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained several certifications. These include a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, which they earned in May 2021 and April 2021. Andrew also holds certifications in Design Thinking: Understanding the Process and Design Thinking: Implementing the Process from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2019 and October 2019, respectively. Furthermore, they have certifications in UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data from LinkedIn, and UX Design Techniques: Overview from Lynda.com, both obtained in October 2016.
