Andrea Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrea started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Restaurant Manager at Surla's. In 2018, they joined Cleo as a Lead Guide in Member Operations and later became an Associate Director in Member Operations, focusing on diagnosing and resolving organizational pain points. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Member Experience at Cleo, responsible for creating and implementing scalable policies and programs. In 2016, they also worked as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant at The Latched Life.
