Jessica Gallo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jessica started their career as a Tax Intern at PwC in 2015. After that, they joined PwC again in 2017 and worked in roles such as Cloud Technology Consulting and M&A Consulting until 2021. In 2021, they moved to SundaySky and worked as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts until 2023. Currently, Jessica is working at Empathy as a Partner Success Manager, starting in February 2023.
Jessica Gallo attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. In 2014, they also participated in an exchange semester at Prague University of Economics and Business, focusing on Business.
In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the New York State Education Department in August 2018. Jessica also received certifications in Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC in July 2020 and April 2019, respectively. Additionally, they obtained the Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in April 2020.
