Tomer Desser

Tomer Desser has worked in the software engineering field for the past seven years. Tomer began their career in 2013 as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, where they worked on a data process service for data analysis and health check for other Microsoft services. Tomer then moved to Sears Israel in 2014, where they worked as a Software Engineer on the eCommerce user facing platform. In 2017, they joined WeWork as an Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer, working on the company's innovative sales platform. Tomer designed and built solutions for the users management, sales and marketing processes. In 2020, they joined Empathy as a Software Engineer.

Tomer Desser received a Bachelor of Information System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2010 and 2014.
