Shivani Patel has been working in the medical coding field since 2015. Shivani began their career at Bioteknika Healthcare Pvt Ltd as a Quality Control Engineer, a role they held for one year. In 2016, they moved to Advantmed and worked as a Medical Coder for two years. In 2018, they joined CrystalVoxx Limited as a Medical Coder and held this position for one year before joining EMPClaims in 2019 as a Team Lead and Medical Coder.

Shivani Patel attended Gujarat Technological University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
