Tessa McCaffrey

Tessa McCaffrey currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Emperor, where responsibilities include fostering an exceptional workplace culture and leading initiatives in diversity and inclusion, learning and development, wellbeing, and engagement. Tessa has held various significant roles, including Director of Learning and Development at Emperor, Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, and Inclusion and Engagement Partner at Southern Water, where key culture transformation projects were designed and implemented. Additionally, Tessa contributes to the BIMA Mentoring Council and the 30% Club as a mentor. Tessa’s career spans over two decades in marketing and advertising before pivoting to focus on enhancing employee experiences, supported by educational credentials from Monash University and the University of Canberra.
