Rachel Williams is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Kepler since November 2024. Prior to this, Rachel gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Critical Mass and held various roles at Company 3, Stereo D, King Ursa, and Bensimon Byrne, where responsibilities included office coordination and human resources management. Rachel's educational background includes an Honour's Bachelor of Arts in Women & Gender Studies and Global Equity Studies from the University of Toronto, along with a Digital Marketing Management Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
