Rick Stratton

Rick Stratton is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on outside plant engineering and network engineering. Currently serving as an Outside Plant Engineer at Empire Access since April 2022, Rick previously held the position of Senior Network Engineer at Frontier Communications from July 2020 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as OSP Engineering Manager at Empire Telephone Corp from April 2004 to July 2020. Rick Stratton completed education at Prattsburgh Central School, obtaining a Regents diploma with an emphasis on Math and Science, and has pursued further education at Keuka College.
