Erika Grier

Erika Grier is currently a Professor at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, working to assist future graduates in achieving their career goals since January 2024. Additionally, Erika serves as a Cosmetology Instructor for Nogrease while pursuing a degree in Applied Science with a focus on Cosmetology, a role that began in February 2022. With extensive experience in the field, Erika has been involved in Special Education at Empire Education Group and runs Harmonii Salon as a Business Owner, independently hosting classes and subcontracting for Empire Beauty School since June 2012. Erika holds multiple Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instruction from Central Piedmont Community College.
