As General Counsel, Eric is the primary strategic legal advisor on transactional and operational matters. He earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and worked with General Electric and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP before joining Empire. Eric serves on the board of the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas, and is also an active Rotarian, with a focus on providing scholarships and educational opportunities to students in Texas.
