Haley Kulakowski is a Supervising Staff Attorney at Empire Justice Center, with previous experience as a Student Attorney at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Haley worked as a Bilingual Legal Advocate at the Sexual Assault Legal Institute, providing legal support to survivors and assisting attorneys with various legal processes. Prior roles include a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Ecuador and an Equal Justice Works Americorps JD member at Legal Assistance of Western New York, where Haley focused on client interviews and legal research. Additionally, Haley held positions in grants and mentorship, highlighting a strong background in advocacy, education, and leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
