Ian Burk

Ian Burk is the Chief Operating Officer at Emplifi, starting in October 2023, where the focus is on enhancing digital customer experiences through a comprehensive platform utilized by over 20,000 leading brands. Prior to this, Ian served as Chief Business Officer at Upland Software from 2017 to December 2022, overseeing the company's PnL and various customer-focused teams. In the same organization, Ian held multiple leadership roles including GM of the Customer Experience Management Group and EVP of the Integration & Transformation Office. Ian's extensive experience spans from Dell Technologies, where roles included Global VP of Business Operations and Global Executive Director of Merger Integration, to teaching at Acton School of Business. Ian holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and several executive education credentials from prestigious institutions, contributing to a robust academic foundation in management and strategy.
