Karen Choucair

Karen Choucair has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as the Director of Client Management and Growth in the Middle East and Africa region at Emplifi, a position they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Emplifi from September 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Emplifi, Karen held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Socialbakers from September 2020 to June 2021. Prior to their role in customer success, they worked in media-related roles at Havas Media Group, where they served as a Media Director from April to August 2020 and as an Associate Media Director from November 2016 to April 2020.

Karen also has experience in media management at Starcom MediaVest Group, where they worked as a Media Manager from April 2015 to October 2016, as a Senior Media Executive from March 2014 to March 2015, as a Media Executive from March 2012 to February 2014, and as a Junior Media Executive from October 2010 to March 2012.

Additionally, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Starcom MediaVest Group from November 2007 to March 2008.

Karen then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from the American University in Dubai from 2004-2006. Karen later completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University from 2014-2018. Karen also obtained certifications in Yahoo Gemini from Yahoo in 2018 and Power of Positive Attitude from MEIRC Training and Consulting in 2015. Additionally, Karen has a certification in Facebook BluePrint.
