Mark R. has extensive experience in marketing and digital delivery. Mark currently serves as the VP of Marketing Operations at Emplifi since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Digital Delivery at Sitecore from March 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they held the role of Demand Generation Marketing for Fraud, Risk & Compliance Solutions at Neustar, Inc. from August 2017 to March 2019. Mark also has experience as a marketing director and head of marketing at various companies such as EdSurge, ArtistWorks Inc., and GSO. In addition, they have held marketing roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Sibelius Software, Authenex, and eLine.

Mark R. has completed MA coursework at Villanova University. Mark also holds a BFA degree from the University of Arizona. In addition, they have obtained the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner certification from Marketo, an Adobe Company, in September 2020.
