Omer Rafatullah

A strategic thinker and senior executive, Omer is Chief Legal Officer at Emplifi. Omer oversees all legal matters, providing senior management with counsel on topics including commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and corporate governance. Prior to his current role Omer worked for Baker McKenzie LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he served as a Corporate Partner focused on meeting the needs of private equity sponsors in a variety of complex business transactions. Most recently, Omer served as Chief Legal Officer at Conga.
