Drew Wilkins

Drew Wilkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drew began their career as an intern at NBC 10, where they supported the on-air staff and conducted research for forecasting winter storms. Drew then worked at WSI Corporation as a Weather Programming Specialist, creating forecasts and graphics for various media outlets. Drew later joined TD Bank as a Customer Service Representative, assisting with account management and sales. Drew's passion for meteorology led him to KJCT News 8, where they served as a Meteorologist, Reporter, and later as the News Director, overseeing a team of journalists and making editorial decisions. After a successful career in the media industry, they transitioned to the business sector, working as a Business Development Manager at ProLogistix and later at ADP. Currently, Drew holds the role of Director of Growth at Employbridge, where they are responsible for driving company growth. Throughout their career, Drew has consistently exceeded sales goals and received recognition for their outstanding performance.

Drew Wilkins earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Meteorology from Plymouth State University from 2000 to 2004. Then, from 2006 to 2007, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Drew also holds the Stormready Supporter certification from the National Weather Service, which they obtained in 2012.
