Mike Mihnovich

Mike Mihnovich has a diverse work experience with a focus on Salesforce administration and product management. Mike started their career as a Store Manager at RadioShack before transitioning to various roles in sales and business development at NICE Systems. In 2015, they became a Salesforce Administrator at SmartAction, where they improved synergy between different departments and implemented a customer data governance model. From 2017 to 2018, Mike worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Salesforce Administrator, managing a large-scale environment and ensuring compliance with standards. Mike then joined Bridge The Gap Solutions as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Project Manager, successfully managing multiple implementations.
