Niki Foster

Niki Foster serves as the Senior Director of Digital Workplace at EmployBridge since March 2023, overseeing a team of 25 internal employees and 15 external contractors to develop and manage a robust Digital Workplace organization. Prior to this role, Niki was the Head of Digital Workspace & End User Compute at Hunt Energy from March 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included operations, architecture, and strategy for end user technology. At Novartis/Alcon, from July 2014 to March 2020, Niki led the End User Computing team during its transition to a standalone company, facilitating the design and implementation of a new infrastructure for 25,000 employees. Niki's career at Novartis, beginning in March 2012, included managing a large End User Computing team in Basel, Switzerland, and prior experience as a Senior SCCM Administrator at Barclays, where Niki managed extensive SCCM environments for 120,000 clients. Niki's experience began at Arup, where leadership of a technical team focused on SCCM support for 10,000 clients was developed from July 2001 to January 2011.
