Kathleen Tarbell

Kathleen Tarbell has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kathleen started as a Program Manager and Health Coach at Occupational Medical Consulting in 2011, where they served until March 2013.

Following that, they joined BHS (formerly Business Health Services) as an Account Manager in January 2013 and stayed with the company until November 2016.

In 2016, Tarbell moved to Oculus Health, where they held the position of Director, Client Success from November 2016 to July 2017.

Subsequently, they joined Cobalt Benefits Group, LLC (DBA: Blue Benefit Administrators, CBA Blue & EBPA) as a Strategic Account Manager in July 2017. Kathleen was then promoted to the role of Director, Client Services in July 2022, and currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Services since April 2023.

Kathleen Tarbell obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Fitness from Keene State College. Kathleen attended the college from 2006 to 2010.
