Joe Pinto leads the Client Support Team at Employee Navigator where he is responsible for ensuring that our clients realize the value of their investment with Employee Navigator. Prior to joining Employee Navigator Joe spent 24 years at Fiserv where he held various positions in Product Management, Product Development, and Client Support. In his most recent role, Joe was Vice President of Professional Services leading a global team of over 200 consultants and project managers supporting Fiserv’s Payments and Risk Management software applications. Joe’s teams supported over 50 different on-premise and SaaS solutions including real-time payments, account reconciliation, enterprise content management, general ledger, and anti-money laundering.
Joe received his M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Hood College and B.S. in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College. Joe resides in Frederick, MD with his wife and three children.
