Mike Gill

Mike Gill has extensive experience in strategic transformation, data analytics, and product development. Currently, they are the Vice President of the Transformation Office and Chief Data Analytics Office at EMPLOYERS, where they oversee various areas such as data science, machine learning, AI, data governance, and business intelligence. Before this role, they served as the Head of Analytics and Data at SAIF Corporation, where they led the analytics department covering data science, machine learning, data governance, and business intelligence. Prior to that, Mike held positions at Nike, Samsung Electronics, and BlackRock, where they focused on product analytics, financial services, and global strategy. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member and Investor at HILOS.

Mike Gill has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Management, Marketing, and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mike also holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University, where they double majored in Economics and Religion. Additionally, Mike obtained another MBA degree from the University of Chicago. Alongside their formal education, they have completed several certifications including Data Science for All 'DS4A' Mentor from Correlation One in December 2021, Predictive Analytics Essential Training for Executives from LinkedIn in July 2018, and Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis from LinkedIn in March 2012.
