Steve Sorenson

Steve Sorenson currently serves as a Board Member at EMPLOYERS and Chairperson for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Additionally, Steve is a member of the Board of Directors for One Hope United. With extensive experience at Allstate, Steve held multiple executive vice president roles, including Corporate Business Transformation, Operations, Product Operations, and Distribution, leading significant teams and overseeing substantial annual premiums. Prior to Allstate, Steve gained experience as General Manager at Progressive Insurance and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company. Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
