Regi Solvkjar

Regi Solvkjar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career as a Sports Marketing Intern at UC Davis Athletics in 2014. They then moved on to Zenefits, where they held various roles including Implementation Coordinator, Implementation Manager, and Small Group Benefits Advisor and Senior Implementation Manager from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Regi has been working at Lever, initially as an Implementation Specialist and then progressing to roles such as Implementation Team Lead, Manager of Essential Implementation, and currently, as a Senior Manager of Implementation.

Regi Solvkjar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from the University of California, Davis, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Lever Hire Certification from Lever in November 2021.
