Tom Hammel

Tom Hammel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce solutions and mortgage management. Currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Employment Enterprises, Inc. since April 2000, Tom contributes to the company’s mission of providing contingent workforce solutions, including Employer of Record Services and independent contractor vetting. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Assistant Vice President and Area Manager at NVR Mortgage from October 1986 to March 2000, where responsibilities included managing and producing residential first trust A-paper mortgages. Tom holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and economics from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1971 and 1975.
