Chris Pfeiffer

Chris Pfeiffer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Chris'smost recent position is as a Senior Software Engineer at Empower Delivery, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Bereave from December 2021 to December 2022, where they played a crucial role in setting the product direction and developing the platform for the funeral and death services industry.

Chris also has experience at ClusterTruck, where they held various roles. Chris was the VP Data Science from June 2020 to November 2021, responsible for using data analysis to improve customer experience and business decisions. Before that, they served as the Director of Data Science from February 2018 to July 2020, focusing on building data products and analyses to drive actionable insights. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2015 to February 2018, contributing to the development of the original platform for the delivery-only kitchen.

Prior to their time at ClusterTruck, Chris worked at ACES - excellence in energy as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer from June 2013 to October 2015. In these roles, they developed software applications, including web applications and business intelligence tools, using SSIS, SQL, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.

Earlier in their career, Chris gained experience as a Project Manager at Aero Engine Controls from June 2010 to May 2013, focusing on control system verification and implementation of new verification methods. Chris also worked as a System Wide Operations Intern at Midwest ISO in 2009, using VBA to develop monitoring tools for the energy grid. Additionally, they had a software development internship at Delphi West Lafayette Lab in 2008, where they developed a CAN Bus monitoring tool using C#.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, data science, project management, and web development.

Chris Pfeiffer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2015 and 2018.
