Mary Pepe-Flanigen

Mary Pepe-Flanigen has a diverse work experience. Mary started their career in 2008 at Monroe Plan for Medical Care, where they worked as a Help Desk Technician, Network Administrator, and eventually as a Business Analyst. In 2015, they transitioned to Colgate University as a Budget Assistant before joining Empower Federal Credit Union in 2016. At Empower, they held roles such as Sr. Application Support Analyst and Application Systems Manager. After taking a break from work to focus on being a mother from 2018 to 2020, Mary returned to Empower Federal Credit Union in 2020 and progressed to roles including Senior Applications Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager, and Vice President of Business Intelligence. As of 2023, Mary is currently serving as the VP of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Management at Empower Federal Credit Union.
