Jennifer Dibernardi

Jennifer DiBernardi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Empower Health Group since May 2023, Jennifer previously worked at Merchants Distributors, LLC as a Recruiter from June 2022 to May 2023. Jennifer's career in human resources began at Catawba Valley Health System, where various roles included Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, among others. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Carolina University, earned in May 2023, and an Associate of Arts from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute, completed in December 2016.
