Kimberly Bailey

Kimberly Bailey is an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner currently working with Empower Partnerships and Ironclad Environmental Solutions. With a background in talent acquisition roles at OnTrac and Mobile Mini Solutions, as well as prior experience as a Recruiting Manager at Knight Transportation where over 200 drivers were successfully hired, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment processes and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and sales, with a strong foundation in training, coaching, and compliance. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Arizona State University, an Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix, and is a qualified Esthetician from Parisian Beauty School.
