Bethanie Boerger, CSPO and SAFe POPM, is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst currently supporting Empower Retirement's Retirement Solutions Group since March 2021, focusing on managing business and technical requirements for new product launches. Previously, Bethanie served as a Product Owner for Travelport’s Agile SAFe Scrum Team, a Senior Manager at Charles Schwab optimizing operational processes, and has extensive experience with cross-enterprise system integrations and process improvements across multiple organizations including XO Communications, Apex Systems, Level 3 Communications, and Comcast Cable. Bethanie holds a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification, Agile Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Lean Kaizen Change Management Certification.
