Kevin Kim

Kevin (Kyung Yoon) Kim is an accomplished legal professional specializing in data protection, privacy, and cyber security. Currently serving as Counsel at Empower since May 2023, Kevin has previously held roles such as Compliance Counsel at Array and Associate General Counsel at the Texas Bankers Association. Kevin's legal career includes internships and clerkships at notable organizations such as Refinitiv, Galaxy Digital, and the NYC Department of Education, as well as experience as a Founding Director at Shinil Academy. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Binghamton University, along with a high school diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
