Lindsey Gelsomino

Lindsey Gelsomino, CPA has a strong work experience in the finance and analytics field. Lindsey currently holds the position of Head of People Analytics at Empower, where they started in September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of People Analytics at Empower from May 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Empower, Lindsey worked at Prudential Financial, where they held various roles. Lindsey served as the Director of Sales and Strategic Relations from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Intelligence from November 2019 to May 2020. Lindsey also held positions as the Director of Full Service Solutions Business Finance, Manager of Full Service Solutions Business Finance, Manager of Planning Analysis, Manager of Expense Management, and Financial Analyst at Prudential Financial from 2015 to 2019.

Lindsey began their career at Deloitte as an Auditor from September 2007 to October 2009. These experiences have equipped Lindsey with a diverse skill set in finance, analytics, and auditing.

Lindsey Gelsomino, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Connecticut from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued their Masters of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution from 2007 to 2008.
