Marsha Bogart

Marsha Bogart is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Infra Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff at Empower since May 2024, Marsha has previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at InteLogix from December 2022 to December 2023 and served as AVP of NexGen Data and Analytics at Empower from July 2021 to November 2022. Additional notable roles include Chief Information Officer at Continuum Global Solutions, VP of IT Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions at Conduent, and VP of IT Client Services & PMO at both STARTEK and TTEC. Marsha also has a solid foundation in project management and software development, having worked as VP of Enterprise PMO at Washington Mutual Bank and Director of the Project Management Office at TIAA-CREF. Marsha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Durban University of Technology, earned between 1983 and 1986.
