Eliza Davis

Eliza Davis is a Growth Manager at Empower Schools since September 2021, focusing on building partnerships to support underserved students and coordinating organizational fundraising efforts. Prior experience includes serving as Outdoors Director at Camp Dudley, where Eliza developed outdoor education programs for girls, and as Polling Team Operations Manager at Change Research, overseeing the execution of numerous paid polls. Eliza began their career as a Corps Member with Teach For America, teaching social studies to middle school students. Eliza holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, expected in June 2026, and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in International Affairs, with a focus on Latin American Studies.
