Suvidha Hughes

Suvidha Hughes is EMpower's Global People and Culture lead.

Prior to joining EMpower, Suvidha was heading people and operations for a start-up. Over the last 18 years, Suvidha has been part of for-profit organisations designing people and talent strategies that are meaningful, inclusive, and equitable.

Suvidha is passionate about combining culture, innovation, leadership, and inclusiveness to create workplaces where people can bring their entire true selves to work and do their best work.

Having lived, studied, and worked in India, Dubai, UK, and Indonesia supporting Africa, Europe, and Asian markets, Suvidha is deeply interested in bringing people together. Suvidha is also a certified practicing coach specifically focussing on adolescents.

Suvidha holds MBA from the University of West of England specialising in Global Operations.
