Erica Mattos

Erica Mattos is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse background in mental health services. Currently employed at Empower U since November 2018, Erica has previously held positions at Charlandra Counseling Services and SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., where roles included Partial Care Supervisor and Residential Program Manager. Erica's early experience includes an internship with Family Service League, where responsibilities involved client counseling and leading group discussions, as well as an internship at Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital, assisting in therapeutic activities. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
