Megan Doepker

Megan Doepker serves as a Startup Leader at Empowered Startups since September 2022, focusing on coaching entrepreneurs in an incubator program. Previously, Megan worked as a Market Launcher at Sendwave from March 2021 to March 2022, contributing to the mission of simplifying international money transfers. Prior to that, Megan was a Marketing Consultant at Make School, which aims to modernize higher education. From 2016 to 2017, Megan led marketing and growth strategies for portfolio startups at Ferst Capital Partners, a FinTech venture capital firm. Megan's entrepreneurial experience includes owning a business at UNA Fashion from 2012 to 2016. Earlier roles included a Foreign Direct Investment Researcher with the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority and an Associate at the Hanlon Centre for International Business Studies at the University of Saskatchewan. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.
