Cesar Gonzalez

Cesar Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on healthcare. Cesar currently holds the position of VP of Technology - Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Care Angel, where they lead the development of an AI-driven healthcare product. Previously, Cesar worked at United Health Care as the Senior Manager of Application Development/Lead Architect, overseeing the design and maintenance of cloud, web, and mobile applications for Medicare and Retirement. Cesar also worked at Vitalz as a Senior Applications Architect/Development Manager, where they designed cloud portal applications for the healthcare industry. Before that, Cesar was a Software Development Manager/Solutions Architect at QPay, Inc., and a Project Management Director/Principal Architect/Software Development Manager at Billing Software Consultants. Throughout their career, Cesar has demonstrated strong expertise in software development, project management, and team leadership.

Cesar Gonzalez completed their Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami from 1984 to 1987. Cesar also pursued an Executive MBA in Industrial Engineering from the same university during the same time period. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
