Dean Lampe currently serves as an Implementation Consultant at EmPowerHR. Dean has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on operations, sales, and marketing.

Dean began their career in 2002 as SVP of Operations at Guardian Credit Union. Dean was responsible for successfully directing and coaching multiple teams within the credit union, including retail branches, consumer lending, marketing and facilities departments, the call center, debit/credit cards, ACH, and mobile payments. Under Dean's leadership, the member service teams successfully marketed, attained, and retained consumers with financial service products while providing education, risk management, and support.

In 2017, Dean left Guardian Credit Union to join Payroll Complete, a division of Waukesha State Bank, as Business Development Manager. In this role, they provided leadership for the growth and development of Payroll, Tax and HR services program. Dean was actively engaged in customer relationship development and growth through positive sales results, oversaw sales and prospecting activities to achieve growth targets, and developed and implemented new programs and services to meet customer needs.

Dean's extensive experience in the financial industry has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their current role as Implementation Consultant at EmPowerHR.

Dean Lampe's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Marketing from Lubar College of Business, as well as CUNA Management School--CCUE from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dean Lampe also attended Wisconsin Lutheran College.
