Nithya Krishnan

Nithya Krishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in college counseling and development, currently serving as a College Counselor at Empowerly since September 2020, where Nithya successfully guides diverse student populations in the college admissions process. Nithya also holds the position of Director Of Development at RISE Foundation since January 2015, focusing on bridging the education gap in rural India through partnerships and outreach. Previous roles include Development Manager at Art in Action, College Consultant at Zenith Tutoring, and a variety of project management and consulting positions across non-profits and educational institutions. Nithya possesses a Master's degree in International Business and Development Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
