Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Experience Manager at EmpowerMe Wellness, Kimberly has a diverse history that includes roles such as Employee Engagement Manager and Patient Support Team Manager at Lemonaid Health, and Employee Engagement Manager at Whelan Security. Kimberly's expertise encompasses the development of recognition programs, execution of employee satisfaction surveys, and implementation of new hire onboarding processes. Prior to these positions, Kimberly held various roles at Macy's, including District Merchant and Regional Training Manager, where a focus on team-building, training initiatives, and communication was emphasized. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
