Natalie Schnitta

Natalie Schnitta, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and related roles. Natalie is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at EmpowerMe Wellness. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Arrive Logistics. Before that, Natalie worked as the Human Resources Manager at Bonner Carrington Corp in 2016. Natalie also served as a Human Resource Generalist at Live Oak Gottesman from 2013 to 2016 and as a Human Resources Specialist/Admissions Recruiter at St. Gabriel's Catholic School from 2011 to 2012. Natalie began their career in 2008 as a Human Resources Coordinator/EA at TCG Group Holdings, LLP. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Appraiser, MAI at Bender Rosenthal Inc. from 2002 to 2008.
