Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
