Paula Figueroa

Paula Figueroa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Cambridge Business Association since March 2023, Figueroa is also the Executive Director and Partner at Raiz since June 2020, as well as the Director of Emprende Tu Mente since January 2021. Previous roles include Director of Video for Latin America at Telefónica, where tenure lasted from March 2017 to April 2020, and Chief Marketing Officer at Movistar Chile from August 2003 to March 2017. Figueroa has been recognized for contributions to leadership through awards from El Mercurio and Diario Financiero. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a program in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an Ingeniero Comercial from Universidad Diego Portales.
