Bruce Shulan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Bruce currently serves as the President, CEO, and Chairman of EmPRO Insurance since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the International Limited Director at the same company starting May 2018.
Before joining EmPRO Insurance, Shulan was the President & CEO of Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers from October 2019. Bruce also held the positions of Vice Chairman and Board Member at the company starting in April 2018 and January 2018, respectively. Additionally, they served as the Chief Restructuring Officer at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers from November 2016.
Shulan also has experience as the President & CEO and Chairman of PRIMMA LLC, starting in May 2017. Moreover, they have been the Managing Partner at The Princeton Partnership, LLC since November 2002.
Earlier in their career, Shulan served as the CEO at Trenwick America Reinsurance Company from January 2008 to 2016.
Bruce Shulan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Bruce also holds a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from the Boston University School of Law.
